REGISTRATION FOR SWIM CLUB SEASON 19/20 NOW OPEN!

How exciting registrations for the 2019/20 Ascot Swim Club season are now open.

Club nights will re-commence in Term 4 and are held every Friday night at 5:30pm at the school pool. Our club is a junior amateur club and all local children between the ages of 4-12 are welcome to join!

Memberships will be capped so don’t delay. Memberships are $140 per family and this can be paid at this P&C website www.ascotsspandc.org by both Ascot Families and non-Ascot State School families. Payment is a 2 step process where you will fill out a Google form with the swimmers details and it will then prompt you to pay through a Square portal.

Also on this same P & C website will be the volunteering web page for all members to register for their volunteering duties for the season. We ask each family to put your name down for a couple of roles throughout the swim season.

We want to take this opportunity to thank all our sponsors for their unwavering support of the swim club.

Congratulations to Stephanie Rice

Triple Olympic Gold medallist and world record holder Stephanie Rice was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame this weekend in the USA.

Stephanie was a past member of Ascot Swim Club for many years and still holds many of the Ascot Swim Club pool records.

On behalf of Ascot Swim Club we congratulate Stephanie on this momentous achievement.

SALISBURY CUP WINNERS 2018

WOO HOO!! Congratulations Ascot Swim Club, 2018 Eric Salisbury Cup winners!

Congratulations to our Salisbury Cup team who competed against Virginia on Saturday the 26th October. The team consisted of children aged between 5-14 years of age and we are so proud of each and every one of you. Ascot Swim Club was on display and we showed great sportsmanship, we were polite and we all tried our hardest. Some swimmers swam up in an older/faster age group and to them we say thank you. Some children missed out on a ribbon and to them we say thank you. Some children sat on the side line most of the afternoon waiting for only one race, and to them we say thank you. Every one of you contributed, which gained us points towards our awesome win! Well done Salisbury Cup team.
